Appointment Reservation & Scheduling
To guarantee the time and therapist of your choice, please schedule your next appointment(s) as you leave. Also, we suggest reserving your appointments two weeks in advance, and for spa packages at least three weeks in advance.
For the comfort and safety of clients, children may not accompany parents while experiencing spa services. While enjoying spa services please show consideration for others by keeping cell phones turned off. Drink plenty of water two hours before and after all body treatments and massages. We regret that we cannot be responsible for personal articles. Please leave all valuables at home.
Alcohol & Smoking
Due to the nature of our services, we do not serve alcohol. For groups, you may bring your own alcoholic beverages. If you choose to consume alcoholic beverages, Debbie’s cannot be held liable for any guest under the influence of alcohol prior, during and after their services at the spa. Also, we ask that every guest assist us in maintaining a peaceful spa environment for all our guests to enjoy. The spa is a non-smoking facility.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for salon and spa services. This will allow you time to check in and fill out any appropriate paperwork. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals nor can we extend the time period of your scheduled appointments.
A twenty-four hour notice is required for single service cancellations, and a forty-eight hour notice is required for multiple services and package cancellations. A credit card will reserve all packages scheduled. While we realize emergencies can occur, without fortyeight hours notice, be expected to pay a 50% fee to compensate your service provider. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.
Debbie’s gift cards are an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. Gift cards come in any denomination. Available in store and online.
Services: If you are not pleased with a service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will reschedule a complimentary appointment with that same operator. No cash refunds are given.
Products: We offer a variety of well-researched home care products. If you are not satisfied with a product, please let us know immediately and we will recommend a different product or offer a spa credit up to 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt. A refund/exchange will not be given after 30 days.
Gift Cards: Gift Cards are provided in a monetary amount that may be used towards any spa service and/or products. No cash refunds or credit will be given on gift cards. We regret we cannot replace gift cards if they are lost or stolen.
Series/Packages: No cash refunds will be given for series or package purchases. Any remaining credit can be applied to a gift card.
